Mentors have been crucial to my development, having someone to guide me and provide support has been fundamental to running successful businesses as a coach and psychotherapist. Having support not only helps build a roadmap to what you want but it also helps strengthen self belief and confidence.

Something I strongly believe after years in the coaching industry is that mentors don’t have to cost thousands for you to succeed and ethical honest practise will make you stand out.
